❗ No General Returns

Because our puppies are living beings and not products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once a puppy has been delivered or picked up.

💉 Health Guarantee

All puppies come with a health guarantee. If your puppy is found to have a serious health issue (verified by a licensed veterinarian) within a specified period after delivery:

• You must notify us immediately
• Provide official veterinary documentation
• Follow the instructions outlined in your health agreement

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A replacement puppy (when available), or
• Partial refund consideration

💰 Deposits & Payments

• Deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable
• Deposits may be transferable to another available puppy (within a reasonable timeframe)

🚚 Delivery Issues

If any issue occurs during delivery:

• Contact us immediately
• We will work with the delivery provider to resolve the situation

We ensure all puppies are shipped safely and with proper care.

🏡 Buyer Responsibility

Once the puppy is in your care, the buyer is responsible for:

• Proper feeding and hydration
• Regular veterinary care
• Providing a safe and loving environment

Failure to provide proper care voids any guarantees.

⚠️ Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will not be granted for:

• Minor issues (e.g., size expectations, coat color variation)
• Allergies or landlord restrictions
• Change of mind after purchase
