Once a puppy has been reserved, delivered, or picked up, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons.

This includes:

• Change of mind
• Lifestyle changes
• Housing restrictions
• Travel or relocation issues

Puppies require stable, permanent homes.

💉 Health Guarantee Policy

We provide a limited health guarantee for serious, life-threatening conditions only.

If your puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the health guarantee period:

You must:

• Notify us immediately
• Provide official veterinary documentation
• Allow verification of the diagnosis

After review, we may offer:

• A replacement puppy (subject to availability), or
• A fair resolution based on the situation

💰 Deposits & Payments

• All deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits secure your selected puppy and remove it from availability
• Deposits may be transferable to another available puppy (case-by-case approval)

🚚 Delivery & Transport

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. However:

• Refunds are not issued for delays caused by weather, transport issues, or third-party carriers
• Minor travel stress or temporary adjustment behavior is normal and not refundable

We always prioritize the puppy’s safety over delivery speed.

Failure to provide proper care voids all guarantees.
